We got Elena’s Paella to cater for my husbands 40th. Having lived overseas in Europe and been to Spain quiet afew times can say hands down this is the most authentic paella we have tasted in Melbourne. All the big paella names here don’t even come close and have been so disappointed by the various ones we have tried around Melbourne. We are so glad we got Elena and her team as they are so friendly to and all so easy to organise. Can’t wait to get them again if we have another occasion.
