I’ve been following Elena’s Paella on Instagram for years, and I finally had the chance to try their food at a paella party we hosted at home — and wow, it was absolutely worth the wait! The paella was incredible — full of flavour, generous, beautifully cooked — and every single guest loved it. Elena & Jo are the best!! They catered for 115 guests at our wedding last week and were incredible. We had so many people comment on how delicious it was and many went back for seconds. They were great on communications and set up seamlessly! Can highly recommend.
