Always a lovely experience and always happy with the results of my visit. I've been going to this salon for 15 years now.
I had a haircut with Alex recently and explained that I wanted more volume and for my hair to feel thicker/full. My hair was styled with curled ends at the end of the appointment, so it wasn’t obvious in the salon what the cut looked like straight. After I got home, washed it and wore it straight, I could clearly see there’s a large gap between layers (around a couple of inches) which has created a very noticeable shelf/step and made the bottom section look thin and feel so thin.
