Everyone very friendly. Lucy gave an excellent blow dry, just as I wanted it. She understood the memo! The atmosphere in the salon was calm even though it was clearly quite busy. I liked the decor which was cool and spacious. thank you,

Terrible experience, manager extremely rude to me over the phone, I asked for refund for services not provided, this was acknowledged, but low and behold no refund has been processed, holding onto my money purposefully now for longer out of spite due to our altercation on the phone, my money should have already been given bk, she was huffing and puffing down phone, telling me she’s wasting her time and told me not to come back there and that she would refund me when she’s “good and ready!” I’m a business manager myself and t... read more
