I’ve been twice and I shouldn’t have given them a second chance after the first. They’re very lazy with the way they remove nails, they remove nails with an acrylic, ripping the nail from the nail bed, it’s very damaging and also I can just do that at home? They also gave me a French tip pedicure, my toe was bleeding once I got home. I went back on the bank holiday as they were open, and they kept me waiting for ages and tended to someone who came in after me. I asked how long tne wait was, just to be ignored, so I left.
