OFFER YOUR CLIENTS A TEA OR COFFEE!! I have been coming here for a few months now & all good but this is the only hair dressers I have come across where they do not offer there clients tea or coffee.

Whilst this is probably a great salon for those with relaxed hair, I would not recommend to anyone with natural/ 4c hair. I came in as a new client for a wash, treatment, blow dry, trim and silk press. First of all, there was no consultation or discussion of what the current condition of my hair was and my hair goals before she started my service. I got my hair coloured by the lovely ladies at Hair Elegance, they were very patient and professional and I absolutely love my new hair do!

Awful service, I only wanted a wash, blow dry and trim which they wanted £55 for. When the lady went to wash my hair she was just chatting away to her colleagues, which is fine but I feel as though she wasn’t really focusing and she got shampoo in my eye. I asked to keep the length and told her to talk only a small amount off, she ended up cutting a lot of my hair off! My grandmother and mother used to visit this salon - I've been going for years! They take such good care of my hair and I love going to Elegance. I always feel beautiful whenever I leave their salon!
