I had a member of staff come over to give quote after looking at my property, he used the bathroom, did not flush the toilet nor did he wash his hands or even wipe after having a poo. The quote was extremely expensive but i went ahead with it anyway just to get carpets that are damaged and badly fitted. I asked for a refund or for them to come back & fix it but the manager refused & told me there was no issue
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. After placing an order and being told we can bring back any extra tiles and get a refund..they went back on their word..they took the extra tiles but wouldn't give my refund then got really aggressive and called extra men to the front for intimidation..never had service like this before...We then placed a really Big order with Tile Plus in oldbury and had Excellent service from them..This Place Elegance carpets &Flooring are unprofessional and Liars would never go back to them.Vile people.
Visited this shop expecting a carpet, left with a comedy show instead. Their customer service is so unprofessional, I almost forgot I was there to buy something and not to witness a performance. Lying seems to be part of their sales pitch—who knew? If you’re into bad quality and bigger disappointments, this is the place to go. Spoiler: I would NOT recommend this place unless you want your day to turn into a terrible sitcom.

The customer service was excellent throughout the process. I also purchased some beautiful tiles from their shop, and I’m very happy with the quality.
