I had a guy cut my hair for me, I was upset from another salon I had before. The split ends were coming out after only 3 weeks after cutting. I needed to get rid of it, I went in without appointment and he was so nice and had me sat without delay. He guided me throughout the process ensuring I was okay with what he was doing as he knew I was upset with the previous salons result. Mum has been needing a trim for a while and I finally got her to go to this salon after getting our nails done! Wish I knew the guys name but he was super friendly helped her when she tripped over the step ( she struggles to walk even with her walking stick) he then said he didn't have time for a wash and cut however if we will wait he will fit her in for a cut which normally we would book but this was last minute so we was super greatful! I have had my hair cut several times at Elegance and taken both my children to get their hair cut there as well. Great friendly staff. My short hair had grown out in rather a mess and both Georgia and Rich have made it look fabulous again in the past 6 months. Going to get it coloured there as the staff are great at listening to what your needs are.
