Seriously impressed. Cathy responded to my email within minutes to advise against electrolysis, so I was impressed by both the speed and the ethics. She explained why, in a very precise and authoritative way that I really appreciated. She recommended alternative treatment and gave me some advice on that, which she didn't have to. 3 mins on the phone got me more and better info than a week on the Internet :-)
