on the way to the bathroom, you can see 2 separate staff areas. there was food, dirty towels on the floor. there was a trash can in sight. but it wasn't being used.
Typically we have good experiences at the Norman location. However, this evening my nephews food made it to our table 15 minutes after mine and my fiancées food, the waitress spilled my glass of water in my food, I got the remade order to-go, and it wasn’t (at least not in appearance) what I originally ordered. Everything was slow, food and service, and there wasn’t much effort to appease all of the mistakes. Wonderful food & great service!
Took over 15mins for someone to even bring chips or take our drink order. This is the second time its happened. If you have a big family with kids i reccomened not to come here.
