Went in for the Tuesday special, had to wait for 15 minutes because they were so busy. Mattie was our waitress, we kept her hopping, she was AWESOME, she didn’t miss a beat ! I like my peppers & onions almost burnt, homemade tortillas, chips & queso, she hit it out of the park ! A lot of times when restaurants are really busy, mistakes are made, no one is perfect. Mattie was spot on in a busy, hurry up, fast paced restaurant & she killed it !! Thank you Mattie, you did us a great job & your manager is lucky to have you!!!
The customer service was excellent the waitress was beautiful and polite
They have the best fajitas. The service is always top notch. You can't go wrong with anything off the menu. Highly recommended!
Just tried the new steak with Chimichurri sauce that’s in the menu insert. AMAZING! Of course always perfect service 😊😍❤️ you have to try the white queso they added too, it’s super good. Love my el Chico’s ❤️❤️

I grew up eating at El Chico In Tulsa. After living in Los Angeles fourteen years I just had to see if it was as good as I remembered. It was!
This place use to be a family favorite. We would eat here 50% of the time we ate out but here lately everytime we have went something has went wrong. Not sure why this place has went downhill but it has. Yesterday we went for an early dinner and we found a hair in the queso, my order came out wrong - we sent it back and it came out wrong again, we had no silverware until we were 3/4 done with our meal because there was none clean, no queso, relish or salsa because there were no bowls clean. The food was awesome and Amy waitress was good also the only complaint I have is I was told a a 5 to to minute wait Ok no problem 20 minutes later people that came after me was going in. I went up to see if the forgot me and apparently and just in the front part there was about 6 clean empty tables
