The thing I like best about El Chico is the people who work there. The fact we do Tex-Mex from scratch is good enough, with an obsessive compulsive need to put out the best tasting and most beautiful plate in the world.., but I show up every day to see the people I love. You could not ask for a better group of people to work with. Come in and ask to say Hi to me, and I will happily make my brother do my work as I come chat with you!
