Today I had an very disappointing experience with El Cajon Subaru dealer in California. I've been trying to reach the Service Department since last week to ask a question about my new Subaru Impreza but their customer service is something to be desired. I told my frustration with the Service Department at this dealer to Alice, the receptionist, and as I was telling her my issues she began laughing at me over the phone. I went to Subaru El Cajon almost two weeks ago to buy my new Crossstrek and I had the best experience. Everyone was really nice, especially Mark E. I am so happy with my car! I need to make an appointment for my alarm to be install. Thank you guys for all your help!! Happy Holidays!
Everything about my purchasing my new Forester was wonderful. Sales and financial personnel were helpful, efficient and answered my every question. Once I got the car, I was given a complete orientation to all the various features on the car to be sure I knew how to use each one to its full potential. I love my new Subaru. I am very grateful to the staff at Subaru El Cajon for making the its purchase so pleasurable!

Very friendly staff, just not 100% satisfied with service department after buying a new car and needing work on it right away. It's not their fault, but they knew about the problem before we left the dealership when we bought the car. Overall a good experience in a new car purchase.
The Salesman that I worked with was G R E A T ! If you need a new or used car, ask for Todd Harper, tell him I sent you!
