Super patient, helpful staff, Jr was the BEST I highly recommend them, I will be back, customer service was 110%
It was awesome getting my oil changed. I hung out and felt like family. The parts dept sells aftermarket goods and are very helpful to point you in the right direction. My mechanic Mike was the best iv ever had. After the oil change, my car was hand washed :) Ill be back again.

Junior was extremely helpful in getting me into one of my first dream cars...a bmw, he was very professional and not pushy. His financial aid was very helpful as well both chill guys and will get you right GO SEE JUNIOR !
This is the worst dealer I have ever been at. I buy cars all the time and have never been treated as bad as I have with Subaru of El Cajon. First their Large Sale manager lied to my face twice. Today I call and first the lady that answered said I will call you back in ten minute, 6 hours later still no call, so I call back and again they said ill call you back in ten min ( seems to be their phrase ) finally about 45min later. EVERYONE at this Subaru was super friendly! They made a deal work for us that was perfect for our situation. We have been here a few times and each time, no matter who we deal with is very helpful. Even if they know you are not ready to buy anything. Would highly recommend this location

WORST PLACE EVER! Ran by idiots! They don't even deserve a one star rating! First of all, they gave us the completely wrong car! We drove around in what we thought was our brand new car for 3 wks until we come to find that we signed for a different car. They all had different stories of how it happened. When I asked how many times this has happened before, they said it has happened one other time before. We were nice and had to resign the new contract with all the right vin numbers.
