Do not buy from Subaru of El Cajon if you except even the slightest bit of professionalism. Here is my experience which I will try to keep short. All of this took place within two weeks and for one week I was on vacation. I ended up purchasing a used 15 Colorado from Subaru of El Cajon. I absolutely love the truck so my issue isn’t with the vehicle it is with sales, service and managers. I went in w/o appt Saturday am because the rear view mirror fell off my 2010 Forester. Labor quoted at $80 1-hr min for a 20 minute job. That's too much for the problem really. Labor reduced to $47, part $14 and out the driveway in an hour. O/a a good experience, but I still think that kind of repair should be a Subaru family freebie!
