They did a very poor job and despite returning 3 times, the carpet is fraying and badly cut. I complained three times, three times they returned and didn't do much. It's a shame as, EJ Carpets fit carpets in my house 15 years ago to perfection, not so this time.
EJ Carpets were really great. Super helpful at the beginning of the process on what type of carpet and underlay to go for. Then very patience as we decided. Once we’d decided the carpet delivery time was quicker than we thought and they got straight on with it. We had lots of stairs, hallway, landing and living room down and they were completed in a just under a day. The two guys that installed were really great and they gave a lovely finish to the carpet. Would highly recommend, Cheers!
Truly local firms are sparse these days especially those that are still providing good quality carpets and customer service like E J Carpets. Daniel and Luke the fitters did a great job, arrived on time and took only a few breaks and worked whole day. They listened to me how I didn't want the staircase done by the previous builders and they assured me they will do it in a better way. They also kept the place clean and tidy afterwards.
This is a good place for the people who are in need for the repair of foors and for the new flooring .On can have Carpets, Vinyls, Laminates and Wood for the flooring purpose. They are well experienced in flooring works.
