RecommendedThe Lakes is awesome, if you like nature, idk why you would live anywhere else. There is an abundance of wildlife that includes deer, turkey, ducks, geese, and a variety of song birds. Combine that with catch and release fishing ponds, along with great hiking trails, it's a country boys home away from home in an urban area like Nashville. RecommendedI have been here two years and I must say this is an awesome place to call home. The Staff from the Office Workers to the Maintenance Men are the best in the world. It is quite and most of all it is clean. I plan on being here for a while
05/03/2020 RENTER BEWARE: I lived at this complex for almost 6 months and within the first few weeks roaches were crawling, then came the waterbugs (as big as golf balls), then came the mice. I barely used my kitchen while I was there because the pests seemed to originate there - I never knew what would crawl or jump out at me. The last straw for me was when a mouse ran under my office chair while I was on a live work call! No one should have to live that way and especially not for $900/month. Had you mentioned your reason for leaving the furniture prior to disposing of it on our property I am sure we could have come to an agreement. Normally we do charge for large items that are left behind but we can make an exception in this case. RecommendedI recommend copper because it's convient. the staff and members are very helpful. though there are few people in the office they all do what they can to make this community safe and comfortable and do their best to meet your needs. I appreciate this community and they do their very best to keep it clean!!!
I have emailed several times asking the management to enforce the no smoking policy; no response. Smoking pot is prevalent and people smoke pot all time in their apartments; it smells terrible; no enforcement management doesn’t care. Even with a confirmed case of COVID in the complex a respiratory disease no less; after several emails what does management do????... nothing.
RecommendedI found my home after living here in Colorado for two years. I love the natural lighting in the apartments; they are beautiful and clean. The staff is so helpful and Janna is the best. Thankful and blessed to live in a safe, beautiful complex.
RecommendedI've been fortunate enough to reside at the Millennium since the beginning of 2019 and this community is one of the most customer-focused. The property is located conveniently to the highway, shopping, food, sports, and entertainment. The business office is very accommodating and very friendly.
