I have lived at the Omni Residences since they opened (May 2018), but will NOT be renewing my lease. The standard of living and the quality of service residents receive is laughable. RecommendedThe staff/maintenance of this building are simply superb. Nina and the rest of the team will go out of their way to make sure any issue (issues are rare in the first place) is resolved quickly. Their response time is almost immediate for a maintenance request. The amenities are exactly what you would expect to enjoy a Chicago summer: gym, pool, and grills. This place literally allowed someone to steal my identity so money hungry didn’t even realize actual identification... I’ve never lived in Texas let alone here how someone could use my identity is beyond me... especially to get an apartment... I contacted the FTC and the law because IVE NEVER LIVED HERE!

In this unusual time, when asked whether lease terms could be re-negotiated (early termination), property management is unwilling to work with tenants and insist on early termination fee.
