The property maintenance of this place is terrible. Stairways and halls are filthy. It’s embarrassing to have people over. These pictures are from my building alone.

RecommendedIt's nice and quiet here. Friendly neighbors! Pool is kept clean. Parking lot is clean. Apartments are luxurious! Bathtubs are amazing. Water is hot. Fridge and A/C are cold. Water pressure could be better.
The apartment and community is very beautiful but the COMMUNICATION is terrible. They NEVER answer the phones, respond to emails or anything. I was waiting 2 weeks for them to email me a paper and I had to literally go to the office and knock on the door to get it taken care of. They claim to be doing appointments only but NEVER answer the phone. I went to the office and saw them in there, called the number, and nobody answered. It's time to clean your moldy pool! It's so dirty and disgusting! Such a beautiful pool though! You need to take care of it.
