The Ashton Reserve at Northlake has been the WORST apartment I’ve EVER stayed at. Management company has changed 6 times in the last 3 years we’ve stayed here. There have been car break-ins and car theft right in front of our building. Recently we’ve had an issue with our Spectrum internet. A spectrum technician came and messed up the wiring which impacted a few apartments in one building. Promises have been made to fix this issue via management and we are still without cable or internet for a few days now which is a problem... read more
RecommendedI moved in middle of June and have had a great experience so far. When I have had issues they have been taken care of immediately. I also needed to bring some pots from my Moms garden as I want to start a memorial garden once I move next year when I buy a home and they have been very accommodating to that request, I would definitely recommend this community to my friends and family.
RecommendedOne thing I enjoy about living here is being able to take one or two walks a day around the complex. It's very peaceful with the trees, green grass, and flowers. Very good place to walk for exercise. My apartment is comfortable. I've been here over a year and have not experienced a significant raise in rent. Most neighbors are very considerate. The staff is always helpful.

Rented these apartments while I am building a house, all reviews were positive, so gave it a go. Big mistake. Roaches and ants in apartment since moved in less than 2 months ago. Pest control has been out here twice. Dryer broke 1st use, took over 2 weeks to replace, and they recommended my pregnant wife use the dryer in the pet spa . NONE of the exterior lights in the breezeway work. Mold buildup on kitchen and bathroom sinks when moved in. Air filter was absolutely disgusting, looks like hadn’t been changed in years. RecommendedLiving at Legacy Cross Creek in Fayetteville NC was the most blessed experience and it is a great location to everything!. It's awesome to know that there are still developments that care about their residents safety and peaceful environment. The amenities are countless and the complex is beyond well cared for. I have lived in this apartment complex for over 5 years. I have paid my rent on time every month, and I did not have many problems with the apartment complex until I tried to move out. The main office tried to charge me with an extra month of rent even though I gave them a move-out notice within the correct time period. They also tried to charge me unnecessary damage charges. They will try to squeeze every penny out of you and are helpful until you try to move out. I will be telling everyone I know not to move into this horr... read more

I am not writing this review to be malicious, but there is only so much a person can deal with before being fed up. This review is meant to keep Eleven North & Lincoln Properties accountable for their actions (or lack of). The current leasing agents they have do their best with what they have been told/given from Lincoln Properties & Upper Management.
