My daughter has a 2 year old son, and she put in a order request to fix her broken washing machine on June 15, 2020. This is the 3rd time she requested the maintenance man to come and fix her washing machine. They’re making her continue to pay for the washing machine. My daughter explained to them that the laundry facility on the apartment closed at 5pm, she doesn’t get off until 5pm. They don’t open on weekends. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Hmm where do I start? This place has deteriorated significantly since I moved in. Due to poor management, there has been a mass exodus of people; this has led to a need to lower rents, and has brought in a much younger (partiers) crowd - if you want a chill place for (relatively) young professionals, this is not for you. It often smells like weed in the elevators and common areas. Also, the grills are constantly broken and one has to use a 'stick igniter' to get it going...this should be an interim fix, not the long-term sol... read more

I just moved in back in May and I wish we would have kept looking. Instead I got sidetracked by the great location of this apartment complex. Other than that, management isn’t the greatest, you would be lucky if the office staff actually answered the phone. I’ve called about an issue with my lights and fan being on the same “frequency level” as my neighbor so we actually kept controlling each other’s fans and lights and I was told by the office staff that because it isn’t “urgent” they won’t be able to come fix it until a co... read more

I don’t understand how you tell someone come back to see the apartment in a few hours it’s not in showing condition only to come black in a few hours to oh my coworker rented it out sounds like some BS to this mother.
