Visiting my family on a hot Sunday today to swim at their apartment and we encountered the worst experience ever!!!! RecommendedSo I finally was able to save up and purchase my very own apartment and I must say I really love living in Ashton Park Apartment Homes . The community is very nice I love the pool area the most me and my Bestfriend go swimming quite often that is my favorite attraction. I also enjoy the gym area to get a great workout at during my free time it is definitely my happy place because I can put in my headphones and burn those calories without having too many people surrounding me. RecommendedThis is the perfect community for someone looking for city living in the country. It's perfectly nestled in the mountain just close enough to downtown. And it reminds me as I look out our back patio of the exact reason why we moved to Tennessee ..... Trees, mountains and nature's beauty. It's so serene. THIS IS HOME. RecommendedLiving at AVE has been such an amazing experience! This is my first time living alone and I absolutely love it here! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Danielle from the office has answered my thousands of questions quickly and with precision. This place has been an overall disappointment since I moved in. I will not be renewing my lease. The dimwitted individuals making the Covid-19 restrictions are very inconsistent and arbitrary with what one can and cannot do. The related communications are patronizing and clearly just CYA. Many other apt buildings in the area actually made smart decisions around usage of facilities to accommodate tenants...here at Niche it's just 'SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN - no ETA on openings, no concessions'. RecommendedI love living here. The apartment is gorgeous (3beds) and the club house is too. My view off of my balcony is perfect view of the playground and the clubhouse. My only complain is the person right above me is a heavy weed smoker. Yes weed is legal but this is a none smoking complex. The person above me doesn’t care, and makes my building stinks so bad. The other complain I have is garbage fee. For the most part I end up taking out my own garbage, so I’m paying for something that I end up doing myself. Wish there was an optio... read more

RecommendedI've been living at these apartments for almost three years now. I have never had any problems. very family friendly. if you every need anything fixed maintenance is super quick to show up. the whole atmosphere here is amazing. very quiet. I would definitely recommend and I have before. they are very helpful and they treat you like family. no lie. rent here! 👍👍
