Really bad maintenance and administration. Always everything is dirty... They charge too much and you don't see the money applied as it should. Definitely better places to go.

Eilan is way too expensive, they charge you for fees of all kinds so that by the time you pay your monthly rate, it is actually 2-3 times more than what you should pay. Also they suddenly they are trying to enforce rules that should have been in place to begin, for example towing. They are selective about who they tow. Just got my car towed because of parking in stripes yet I have pictures of other cars parked in stripes and they are not towed. They are very unfair. They called to have my car towed. My application process experience was terrible. Went home after applying and paying fees inside their own office then finding out later that the unit we are applying for was really not available anymore and that we have to choose another unit. Tara kept telling us that it's a computer glitch. Any how, we ended up signing a lease at The Retreat at Cross Mountain. Glad we did!
