I moved to Arrive Eilan in 2018 shortly after Trinity Property Consultants took over as the management company and have steadily witnessed the decline the property has gone through since the acquisition. This once premier luxury complex in a great area of San Antonio is now barely trying to stay afloat due to continuous maintenances issues and outdated interiors. This is easily the worst managed place I’ve ever lived at. Just trashy, constantly seeing cars broken into, furniture being stolen out of the lobby, constant alarms going off smh. This is not luxury living it’s ghetto living. Now management has changed the locks to my building 4 weeks prior to my moving date and nobody can give me the code? What’s the deal??
RUN AWAY from this place!!! Management is horrible, extremely dirty hallways and parking garage, this place is INFESTED with COCKROACHES!! These are not your normal cockroaches either, they are huge!! They are outside and inside your apartment. I would find them in my dyer, shower, and even bed! No matter how clean you are they just come with the apartment. They will spray but 4 days later the cockroaches will be back. Thank god this was only a 7 month lease. I will never ever recommend this horrid complex to anyone not even my enemies!!! Secured access to the building has not been secured for 6 out of the last 7 months due to access doors being broken and not fixed. Reserved access parking to the garage has been broken every week in the last 12 months to where anyone can park.
