I’ve lived here for about a year. It’s a very quiet place, even though it looks like a super big community. It’s nice to be able to go for a walk in the morning around the property.
I‘ve been living here for almost a month complete Since day one, everything was very professional, the tour around the amenities was awesome! Every staff member were very welcoming, Luis Novelo who helped me with throughout all the process during the signing was very attentive and answered all of my Questions. It’s a great place to live, yet the most complete apartment complex in San Antonio, TX.
We have lived at Eilan for almost 2 years. If you decide to sign a contract here know that the security and management of any security issues is minimal. Our cars have been broken in to as well as many other residents cars. There is no security in the garages. The gates very seldom work and no operational security cameras. Cameras are actually in garages yet DO NOT WORK! This is a constant problem here yet nothing is done to address the problem.

In 2016, my boyfriend was living in building 6 and we decided to move in together, so we requested a transfer. We went through the transfer process and was told last minute; the unit was sold to another individual. We were deeply frustrated because we also found out they work by commission which is the reason our unit was sold. They wouldn’t have received any incentive for helping a resident. I love my apartment at Eilan but I heard very sad news today: we are not allowed to use the resort pool anymore although the apartments have been advertised with this huge invaluable amenity. Now poof! Gone! I do not want to accept this. Let us do something about this residents! Come together to take our pool back please.
They need to get things fixed.. I moved in March 2018, and the stand up shower in my unit still has not been fixed, I have put in about 6 work orders, they get closed as fixed and it was not, after all the money that I pay to live and have a great experience, I am so sorry to say that this has to be addressed, so I hope this gets rectified soon. You want feedback, here ya go. Please maintain our units and stop giving excuses and still almost a year later, nothing. Sad experience.

Had the best time this evening at our Beauty/Wellness Event! Tara is the absolute best in putting together our social events. We all love her!!
