I had such an amazing experience that I called a friend in need of a pain doctor before I left the parking lot. This was the most thorough and compassionate doctor that I have ever met. I have been to a lot of doctors over the years and Dr. Shin stands out. My surgeon referred me to him for a diagnostic block saying that he was the best. I am very thankful to have found such a wonderful doctor!
I saw Dr. Shin for the first time last week and I am still impressed days later with everything about the appointment. Dr. Shin took the time to go over my medical history in detail, listen to my concerns, and came up with a treatment plan that he will adjust to my needs. I left his office feeling like things were going to take a turn for the better, and that under his care that I will finally get my active life back. Such a wonderful doctor, and a positive first appointment experience.
To all. my name is Marc Hicks and my wife Misty Hicks has been a patient of Dr. Shin for almost three yrs now. In this day and time it is very difficult to find a true Doctor that holds true to the efficiency of the Hippocratic Oath. Dr Shin has been superlative in his profession and also been super efficient in his field of pain care. We as a family love Dr. Shin and his staff, because he will not accept failure as an option. He is the best. I have much more to say no enough characters.
Dr. Shin is very thorough and explains treatment plans very well. I would highly recommend Dr. Shin, his staff is easy to work with and he has a true understanding and concern for what his patients are going through.
I have interacted with a lot of Pain docs, I have to say, Dr Shin is one of the best around. His bedside manner is impeccable and you can see that he cares very much about his patients. He is very knowledgable and experienced and takes time to explain what the problem is and options available. I have to give him 5 stars because I just can't think of any negatives.
Dr. Shin is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. He spent more time with me than any doctor has before and is incredibly knowledgeable and insightful. I can’t recommend him enough.
Dr. Shin and his staff Ray, Michelle, and the others are amazing! I've had the best experience with him. I had to do an injection shot on my neck 3 different times and would highly recommend him to my family and friends. I feel like a new person so far no pain. Thank you, Dr. Shin!
My name is Frank R. Doctor Shin has been my pain management doctor for years. A couple of weeks ago, as he was about to give me an injection in my right knee, he noticed that something was abnormal about it. He quickly requested that I needed to visit an emergency hospital. To make a long story short, doctors found that I had what is called " Deep vein Thrombosis ". A life threating blood clot. I am alive today mainly due to Dr. Shin's suggestion. Obviously, he's a caring and knowledgeable MD.
Had my first appointment with Dr. Shin after having had a horrible experience with a pain doctor. Dr. Shin took at least 30 minutes getting to know my story and history. He expressed dismay over my treatment by previous doctors, he explained my condition the way no other doctor has, and he told me why one possible treatment was a good treatment. My husband and I are very Happy with my new pain doctor and will recommend Dr. Shin and his very friendly office staff to anyone and everyone!!
