I presented with hip pain and weakness in my right leg and ankle do to a bulging disk in my back. After three injections my leg/ankle are great. So I would recommend DrShin. I was pleased with the office staff and the professional care I received. I did not need urgent care but there’s no not applicable box.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shin’s for several years for the management of daily headaches and recurring migraines. He is hands down the best in his field (I’ve been to many), truly cares about his patients, and has unparalleled integrity. He’s a very busy doctor but always takes the time to listen and understand your symptoms and makes very thoughtful and innovative treatment recommendations. His staff is also knowledgeable and very caring! I can not recommend Dr. Shin enough!

Wonderful doctor. He treated me for five bulging discs which resulted on a scale of 1 to 10 A pain level Of an 8 to 10. After only two injections, I was totally pain-free. It is now been one and a half years since the injections, and I still have no pain. He is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor and I recommend him strongly if you are in pain. Went for my first visit today and was very impressed with Dr Shin and the staff. Dr Shin was kind, caring, and a great communicator. He showed compassion and concern along with deep knowledge of pain management. I am looking forward to working together to manage and control my pain.

I understand pain mgmt. docs need to test UA's for drug use, but Dr. Shin has been using a third party to send your UA off for the last few years. For a test that should cost $30-$50, they have charged my insurance over $7000 for EACH UA, then after 1 year switched to another 3rd party that charges over $3000 (WOW, what a bargain) I know this because both labs have mistakenly sent ME a few of the bills. That's so WRONG, and makes NO sense!!!! Among other complaints, he is FIRED.

Dr. Shin is very patient oriented. My experience has been exemplary. He took time to explain everything to me and go over my pain situation with compassion and deep concern. His experience is second to none. His knowledge of pain medicine and his careful concern and conservative approach are some of the best I have ever seen.

Dr. Shin was the first of three doctors to take the time to thoroughly explain the results of my MRI. He educated me as to where I was physically and explained the short and long term options for alleviating the pain in my neck. I highly recommend Dr. Shin.

I have been blessed with some great Drs handling my care & Dr. Shin has been added to the top of my list. I had my first visit/consultation last week. Everything was great from the minute I walked in, to the minute I left. Staff is friendly & kind. Dr. Shin is a "Good Doctor". He didn't just talk, he listened with patience, and made certain I thoroughly understood my diagnosis and the plan of action. On top of that, he was kind, professional & full of positive energy. Definitely a keeper!
