Place is a joke. Went in an no one was at the desk. Rang the assistance bell (I could hear it in the back so was definitely working). No one came to help. Tried the bell again and still no one came. A member of staff came in the front door and asked if any one was helping me. I said ‘no’ and they disappeared in to the back. Gave up after 15 minutes and left.
