Ian and his team made a beautiful job of sanding three bedrooms plus a living room. It completely changed the flat as the boards were pine and have a lovely light appearance now. Ian was helpful and fitted the job in as I was in a rush to commence work following a tenement fire. He explained the process from start to finish. I would definitely use their expertise again.
Ian and his team did an amazing job. I contacted lots of floor sanders but Ian was the only one that came round before providing the quote. They started the job just a couple of days after I accepted the quote. They involved me every step of the way and provided suggestions and guidance when necessary. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. They were a great bunch to have around the house. Professional and friendly. They even helped me put my furniture back together when the job was finished. Would definitely recommend Past and Present. Ian and his guys just did our whole flat. I didn't fancy the job myself, having done it before. They had all the gear, industrial sanders, buffers e.t.c. Well worth the money. Floors look great
