Just moved to Vegas and live across the street. We always enjoy a finer dining experience and love great steak. Edge met and exceeded our expectations. I have a feeling we'll become regulars. My family and I got to experience this amazing restaurant last night and it is by far the best restaurant we have eaten at in Las Vegas. We were waited on by Bobby and he was beyond attentive to everyone at the table and always making sure we had what we needed. The service to say the least was EXCELLENT! Where do I begin?! When you first walk in the decor is absolutely gorgeous! We were seated at a gorgeous and comfortable booth right in the dining area. It was wonderful because it seemed as if we were in our own little dining room with the privacy the booth gave us. Then we were greeted by Bobby our server, so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and fun. This was without a doubt the best meal I have ever had. Steve Young is a very talented young man and the best chef in Vegas - hands down. Can't wait to come back and see Steve and the staff again.
