We had a fabulous dinning experience here on 3/10/17. We met the chef from the Italian restaurant next door and he educated us on the dry aging process and the cuts of meat served at the Edge. We went straight there, we couldn't wait to try it! We did not have reservations but they were able to seat us quickly. Raymond took excellent care of us. First out was the complementary pop overs. The food the service and most of all the company was AMAZING!!!!!
Their Beef Wellington is one of the best in town, staff was accommodating and attentive and the coolest presentation of Crème Brûlée.
