Our first night at this hotel we stayed in a room that sounded like we had elephants stampeding all night long. We moved to a different room as this wouldn’t work with an infant. BED BUGS!!! Me and my husband recently booked the resort for a two night getaway! We checked in on Monday and Tuesday morning my husband had THIRTEEN, yes 13 bed bug bites! We immediately packed up and went to the lobby for a refund! We were thankfully given our money back for the second night since we weren't going to be staying but with no apology, no "that's so awful, we will get that taken care of", nothing of the sort!
