Recommendedwe were standing out front trying to decide when the chef came up. we told him we were vegetarian and he said no problem he would take care of us. they did - asparagus, mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and great bread. fantastic! a year ago I would have attacked the filet but health reasons have required change. being on the road can be the toughest so we were thrilled with the Edge!
Hands down the BEST Beef Wellington I've ever had! The steak melts in your mouth! I highly recommend enjoying a meal at The Edge while in Las Vegas. Also be sure to ask for Angel as your server, he's AMAZING! OHHHHH and the Vanilla Creme Brulee was to die for!

Food was amazing. The waiter was very knowledgeable and made sure my food was gluten free and prepared properly. Definitely worth the money.

I ordered 22oz bone in ribeye, the meat is on the chewy side . The meat is not first class.
