The man that greeted us at the resort was the only pleasant thing about our stay. We originally were supposed to be in the Westgate resort in the mountains with a suite, I called back 2 minutes later to pay for it when they were holding it for us, and it was gone so they offer us River Terrace. This is our honeymoon so they said they would upgrade us to a suite with a spiral staircase. When we go to check in they tell us they gave away our room accidentally!!! We had nothing but a positive experience. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the views beautiful.
