While the house itself is fairly well constructed for a new build, getting things done once moved in is more problematic. Edenstone have also continually planted trees over the summer months and then left them to die. Ourselves and neighbours are currently trying to keep alive around 25 trees in front of our houses that have been planted in extreme heat and been left unwatered by Edenstone for 2 weeks. Unfortunately they simply do not care

Paint quality terrible , flaking off straight away and getting worse in less than two years. Have emailed Edenstone customer care several times. If you buy on their estates don’t listen to any promises about green spaces, trim trails, bikes etc because they tell you a lot of rubbish!

We absolutely love our new home but the aftercare is atrocious. We have been in almost 10 months and they still haven’t addressed many snagging issues. They fail to respond, never show up for planned appointments and the rectification work they have done does not meet standards. Still waiting for a copy of their complaints procedure. A lovely development but buy with extreme caution.

Very disappointed in Edenstone in recent months. For reasons I've yet to understand, they decide to build half a street at a time and then wait three years before building the next half. The result meant when constructing the new houses opposite me, we were subjected to the most awful dust and dirt. I pleaded to Edenstone to help me clean the outside of my house but they refused.
