I couldn't recommend Eden Heights more! We stayed in the Eden Pod for 2 nights for my boyfriends birthday! I ordered the birthday package for an extra £10 which included a cake, 2 banners and a balloon. This would have cost me alot more if i were to buy it all myself. Came for a relaxing weekend but one was not had. THE HOLIDAY FROM HELL. The accommodation was simply inadequate poorly presented and dirty. We explained this to the owners who essentially told us to do one and with no refund in sight even when we had to leave a day early. Views were okay. DO NOT HOLIDAY HERE!!!
Stunning natural scenery ruined by incompetent hospitality and management. Locks failed to function leaving us nervous at night, other guests were loud and rowdy (not what you want during a rural retreat), and our complaints were brushed off with indifference. Also generally poor standards of cleanliness and hygiene, wouldn’t recommend at all
