Nathan came out to see if he could help me as soon as I started looking at the car. This was much better than the ignoring I received at 2 other dealerships! He was helpful in answering all my questions, and sent another salesperson to help me when he was pulled away by another customer. I was very disappointed in the offer for my trade-in, but it made it an easy decision to sell it on my own for almost twice the offer.
