They did not complete the Original request For oil change. Did not communicate that oil change had not been completed. Spent two days focused on a problem they could not Replicate. Did not Initiate communication with me to update job status during the two days. I Was unaware that oil change had not been completed until I was driving home after requesting my car back for an upcoming trip! Service people did not apprise me of this when I picked up my car. Sheehan is reliable, and I love my Service Tech Brandon. He is very professional and does his job in a timely manner, and great with the customers. The service is impeccable, and will continue to be a client for a long time
Nemo is an amazing dealer been using it over 18 years. I highly recommend him. The only issue I have is a brand new car with an electrical glitch which I will have to have repaired.
