Lack of communication from service advisor. He knew I was waiting was told it would be about 30 minutes. They don’t have all the part and service advisor never came out to tell me until I asked. Instead of 30 minutes it was over 3 hours. I could have gone home and picked up later. My normal advisor Bosco was out .

I came in for a routine alignment. My service representative noticed I had a small leak of radiator fluid leaking so I asked him what you think that is. He told me I got to schedule appointment so they can check it out. I think that was kind of ridiculous because you already have my vehicle in the shop, it could have been taken care of then.
