Horrible horrible service center. They lied to me for multiple weeks that my vehicle was gonna be fixed and then when they ordered the part for my truck, they didn’t order enough fluid. My vehicle stood in service for 25 days. Will never recommend she in Buick GMC to anybody.
We have always received the best customer service at Sheehan! They go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the vehicle and service. Highly recommended.
Brought vehicle in for L87 recall. Service was performed on point and on time. When I picked vehicle up, there was grease and oil on my drivers door, fender and interior. I had to have my service writer Brandon wipe it off. The technician spilled oil on the engine and it smelled as it burned off of the exhaust manifold on the drive home.
