Went to the dealership for a scheduled test drive. When I got there at the scheduled time I was told that everyone was in a meeting. I receive 6 different communications confirming the time and date from them yet no one assisted me until 30 min after the scheduled time. I had went there prepared to pay the advertised price, but will search elsewhere now.
Took my truck in for service today, and Bill got it right in, and they took care of all my concerns, love Ed Morse, we won't shop or take our truck any where else
I have a 2016 Corvette....all the Chevy dealers were backlogged with the recalls and software updates......Ed Morse took me right in..... treated my Corvette like it should be treated and did the updates while I waited..... Highly recommend them for service.
