I tried to get some basic info on a vehicle you listed online and asked for no calls at that time. Not only did they ignore that but within a short time I got a text, call and emails. My instinct was to shop somewhere else but I started the process anyway with a legitimate offer about 2000 below your asking price. I just purchased a vehicle at Ed Morse auto plaza and Sal Dibartolomoeo was our salesman, he was very professional, friendly, did not apply any pressure and responded to our questions right away. I also would like to give credit to Bo Morgan who took care of the paperwork, again very professional and friendly. Thank you for making this purchase simple with no pressure.
DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! Worst experience ever. Full of people not answering phones and people not returning calls. Been battling with them for months to fix the vehicle they sold to me broken. I regret buying from them
Sal, the salesman is always friendly and helpful. Bill and Kathy is the service dept. are always helpful and have the service that I am in for ready so I do not have a long wait.
Very friendly and not pushy. They new I had a long drive, 200 miles, back to my home and expedited my paper work so I could get back before dark. Extraordinary service.
