Ed Morse Auto Plaza have salesmen and sales managers that will tell a customer anything to close "the deal". If you try to get any of the promises made prior to driving your car off the lot...their answer to everything is "I didn't know anything about that"...Don't waster your time or hard earned money buying anything from Ed Morse Auto Plaza! I never asked for anything other than what was promised to us, they failed miserably on all accounts...shop elsewhere!

THEY USE THE BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC ON CUSTOMERS. THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE THEN IT CHANGES AFTER THEY APPROVE THE SALE. I WOULD NOT TELL MY WORST ENEMY TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THEM AND GET A RESOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT O RETURN A PHONE CALL. I AM CONSIDERING TO CALLING THE BBB.
Bought a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 and was promised a car manual. 3 months later no manual despite our repeated requests. Once the deal was done they never looked back. That's not how you get referrals or repeat customers. Very disappointed.
I LOVE this Auto Plaza..they have top knowledge in everything they do..we have dealt with them since 1995!! We have ALWAYS been 100% satisfied~~I recommend them highly!!
