My husband and I have done busy with Ed Morse in Port Richey for years. Yesterday we had the pleasure of working with Sher Parry who took wonderful care of us while we purchased a 2016 Terrain SLE. This is our fourth Terrain and Sher was by far the nicest sales person we have ever dealt with. Thank You Sher, We feel like we have a friend for life!! Also, Thank You to Jodi Johnson who sat and kept us company while we were waiting for our paper work to be completed.

I thought it would have been a traumatic experience. My pride and joy got a little banged up and needed repair. I immediately felt comfortable all because Mike Tracey and the rest of the staff put me at ease. Top notch guy and staff the repair looked like "what repair?!?!" After an unfortunate situation (accident), Mike Tracey and the Ed Morse Body shop made my life easier and took great care of my car. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism while guiding me throughout the process. In a day and time where customer service is typically lacking in the service industry, Mr. Tracey and Ed Morse are the absolute exception to said rule. Thank you again!
I recently had my car painted at Ed Morse and it turned out fantastic! The staff was very helpful with the whole process and I couldn't be happier with my new paint job!!
DO NOT bring your vehicle to this body shop simple repair suppose to take 4days here we are at the end of third week still don't have my vehicle back they keep saying it is modified and it is not they just are ordering for the wrong year tried explaining this to them along with showing them on Google and they are to hard headed to listen I made a very bad decision after an accident that was not my fault don't make the same mistake I did.....
I bought a 2012 Ford focus not even two years ago. Last July I brought my vehicle to Ed Morse and gave it to the service advisor named Bill who took in my vehicle and wrote out my order about my transmission it was slipping and was not acting proper. They sent it over to Ford for them to repair it. When I got the vehicle back I made several phone calls to Bill telling him that my vehicle is not running properly that the transmission was still slipping that's still wasn't act...Continue Reading
I feel really sorry for the great sales persons working here. Management is horrible. I've never seen such bad management. Kudos to Robert ortiz. Great sales guy with a lot of potential. Internet sales team Judy was very polite and welcoming. All ruined by stupid management decisions. Att: ed morse management- keep your damn key I'll buy one from another dealership even if it costs me double.
