If there were a negative star rating, I’d give them that. Got to love spending over 12 hours in the course of 3 days at this place. Have someone try cramming a rust bucket down your throat, being told you were approved for car loan for the POS. Turn around and see a better truck for roughly the same price, one year older, to have them turn around and tell you that you weren’t approved for the loan. Best service ever. While on vacation in Dec 2017, heat stopped working in our truck. Went to Ed Morse and they had heater fixed in about two hours. Since we were headed home to Indiana the next day where the low temperature was negative seven, we needed heater repairs ASAP. AGAIN, best service ever. Thank you Ed Morse GMC for helping us out in our time of need. Todd and Donna Stipp.

My sister in law had bodywork done and now the ac don’t work just blows hot air. The body shop said it was nothing they did. They told her she needs a blend door. The ac and everything worked fine before the fixed the body work. I can Guarantee she did not drive this suv with the heat on all summer. Remember people just because gieco has an office there you can bring it somewhere else. When she complained they should have called gieco and told them we have more damage after fixing the body work. Great people! The staff is always so friendly and ready to help in any way they can. We just bought our 3rd vehicle from them and will go back for any and all future vehicle purchases. Great service, selection, and staff! I highly recommend checking them out.

Horrible experience with the service center. Brought my wife's SUV in for oil change. Service writer explained to me that the vehicle had a couple of issues. An oil leak and the vehicle needs brakes. Now prior to this service the only warning lights on the dash were a change oil light and low tire pressure light. After they complete the oil changed I get in vehicle to leave and now I have a check engine light and service stabilitrack light.
