RecommendedBig shout out and thank you to Jeff and staff in the service department the last couple of days. I was out of town an my mother had my 2017 Escape which had a major battery issue. Jeff kept my car to get the battery replaced and made sure my 78 year old mother had a ride back home. Battery replaced and covered under warranty and all is well. Much Kudos to Will and Tony at Ed Koehn! I finally decided it was time to get an upgrade and both of them worked with me to get what I wanted and where I wanted to be with payments. They listened to my concerns and took care of them to make sure my new vehicle was ready to go.
