They are not good to the employees . my husband got layed of after he asked for fmla because our daughter was in icu . He went into work they let him punch in call him into the office to lay him off for lack of work as they hire a new guy . way to be to your employees .

I’ve tried multiple times to tell you I’m not interested in selling my vehicles to you. Stop emailing,calling or mailing me junk!
Bad customer service, place seems like it can be fixed up for sure. Walked in and seemed very poor Maintance and moldy stains everywhere. Bought a f150 through them and had issues with then several times and had to drive there at least 5 times. (I live in holland so it’s a far drive for me) Never mentioned about the shaking driveshaft and pretty much begged and hassled with them so they can finally fix the problem (still have the manufacturers warranty) Plus Orville that helped me was very up tight and just wanted to get rid... read more
I traded in a older with high miles but reliable vehicle for a newer one with lower miles only to have a check engine light a few days after purchase and another one a few months after purchase. And a 3,000 mile warranty and I’m at 4,000 Miles so it’s my issue now.

Nothing more to say than, I will always buy my vehicles from Ed Koehn Ford Greenville location. We were treated very well with 2 new vehicle purchases and it was friendly compassionate during these very stressful times. Mitch Stressman is amazing if you want a great salesman to work with.Had a chat with Ed himself and of course his precious dog! Trade in values very fair.
