the purches procdure was a real pain,the service department at the chevy dealer is questionable,the truck you sold me (2008 f-150) is rusting or something ( bubbies in the paint)t the ac quit working. my $15000 truck in 6 mos will be worth probbly 8000. me and my wife are are on dissabilty and can’t afford repairs
We had a great experience at Ed Koehn Ford in Greenville! We were looking to upgrade from our Subaru Outback to something larger with more cargo space. Tyler was our initial contact and once we decided to lease, he helped smoothly transition us to Mitch to assist with an extended test drive and finding the right Explorer that had everything we wanted! Within a week, we had an extended test drive, found the vehicle we wanted and sold them our Outback. Mitch could not have been more helpful — And we love our new Explorer!
Sold me a car that was junk. Engine died after 4 months of driving the vehicle and was told it was because I didn't get the oil changed..funny thing was I got a free oil change when buying the car and used it at their shop when the time came for it to be changed. I called to tell them what happened and asked for some kind of pay back for the car or to.fix the engine and I was pushed off and ignored.
