Recommendedfriendly staff and hassle free new car purchase
Horrible customer service in the service department. Over promising, had been told “your car will be ready tomorrow” FOR 4 DAYS. Will never recommend or go back again. Service agent (woman) talks over you and won’t let you get a word in to even ask any questions. They all need a course on customer service and just how to deal with people in general. So disappointed.

My step dad recently bough a van from there. They told him that he had a warranty on the vehicle and that they fixed everything. a few days after having it he found out that his break pads were bad and he had to have his caliper replace.FIguring they would cover it, instead they charged him an extra $300 to fix it.

Seeing some prices that seemed too good to be true, I still reached out to them in regards to three new Ford Escapes that were listed for $16,800 with a large dealer incentive and other Ford discounts ....only to be told it was a mishap and yet they are still showing online. No offers of any other discounts or to try to work with the pricing... from both Wayland and Greenville! VERY disappointing and poor customer service!
