My son purchased a 2016 ford fusion. It has the keyless entry option. In the manual it says there should be a card with the factory code in glove compartment, it was missing. so, my son went back to the dealer to get the code. They wanted to charge him $30 to give him the code. You would think that would be complimentary, since they should have set it up for him when he purchased the car. Seems like a small sacrifice for a 15k sale....

They are very helpful and do whatever they can to help me! The first time they staied 3 hours after close to make sure I left with my car, after being the only place that would help me with my crappy credit I had. This second time they worked with me on my down payment! I would definitely recommend them! My mom and Grandma go through them as well and no issues!

If I could leave zero stars, I definitely would. This place is an absolute joke. I would NEVER in a million years buy a vehicle from this company because of the stupidity they run inside. Excellent service with the purchase of 1st vehicle two and a half years ago, that vehicle was totaled, they helped on the spot with the gap claim and we were even able to leave with a new vehicle the 2nd time around.
I don't feel comfortable taking my vehicle here because when I called they kept insisting that my hybrid ford fusion had only one cooling system, when in fact it has a cooling system for the hybrid motor and generator. I don't think they know what they are doing when it comes to vehicles because they are extremely lacking in knowledge of my ford made vehicle.
