The sales men at the Wayland location are dishonest and untrustworthy. I when with my mother to look at a used 2013 Ford Escape. We offered then $1500 below asking price because it needed new tires. $1500 is how much a new set of tire would cost for the vehicle. We were very clear on how much we wanted to pay out the door. The sales man said, "We have a deal." And shook hands with my mother. He went in the back, drank a Cup of coffee then came back out front and said, "no deal." Second time leasing a brand new vehicle and have never had an issue. Great customer service and a friendly environment. Patrick was an AMAZING car salesman who really cares! He went out of his way to help us every step of the process.

Bait and switch , tell you a price let you test drive the auto then tell you a much higher price when you get back from the test drive , will be contacting the BBB

If I could could rate this company a ZERO I would!! I had two major recalls on my Ford Explorer tried taking it to them (place I purchased from) and they tried to CHARGE ME mind you A "SAFTY RECALL" can't even believe this... SUCH A JOKE! All to try and pocket over 2,000$.... thank GOD FOR my local ford dealership! Got me right in AND DIDNT GET CHARGED A THING! SHAME ON THE STAFF AT ED KOEHN FORD!! I WILL NEVER refer anyone to these guys!!
I just recently bought a 2013 Ford fusion and I love it! They made sure to help me as much as they could with my budget and got me the car I wanted!! The hood wouldn't open when I bought it so I took it to the service department and it was fixed right away, the service guy was actually very rude but my salesman Tristin made up for it! I recommend this place to everyone!!
