I stayed with a relative who was having medical issues. We went through multiple departments, and I was taken back by the level of skill and professionalism. I finally took them to another hospital, what a difference. So sad, the people were nice, just not very good at there job. I had no idea there were places like this in America! So glad to get home, and appreciate the level of care we have!
You may need to have a talk with one of your employees.
I went to the ER this morning to be treated horribly and interrogated by Steven Benson, PA and one nurse. It's sad when you can't come to the ER to be assessed, only to be disrespected as a human being.
Is this your employee? I'd hate to see how she treats non-white patients

First of all... there was 1 person in the waiting room when I got there. Worst experience ever!!!! I was taken back quickly but then I Was left to sit in a room for 2 hours and no one can in to check on me for anything. I finally called and asked for some water. The nurse never brought it... I finally scooped up water from the sink facet in my hand so I could take my medicine. Then IV busted when they attempted to do CT scan and blood was everywhere ...down my arm and on the floor. My mom received excellent care while here, even tho she had to be moved to Greenville the staff and everyone in Tarboro was great. They are very personable. And care about the patients. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
team work. the employees go beyond the call of duty.
I have had 2 back surgeries here. From admission to discharge everyone was great. Great care by all the departments.
